agilePete is passionate about helping you become an awesome agilist. He developed his training courses so that he can share with you his practical scrum master and scrum coaching wizardry. So far he has achieved a 100% pass rate for all participants sitting their Scrum Master certification. He is a certified Scrum Master and certified Scrum Product Owner with 20+ years experience as an agile practitioner, trainer and coach. He is based in Wellington and works actively with a range of major clients supporting their agile transformation journeys. He brings a wealth of practitioner experience to his training. agilePete is passionate about delivering training that can be practically used in the workplace and has developed his training courses to share his pragmatic agile, Scrum Master and Scrum coaching experience.

Ceedee Doyle is a strong, professional, focussed Agile Coach with 18 years experience in IT consulting. Known for excellent relationships with clients and delivering results which work, she has a quick, keen mind that sees to the heart of business and technical issues. Ceedee’s passion for agile has seen organisations harness the advantages of agility both at team and management level. She has helped new and existing teams master the change in thinking and delivered training from fundamentals through to coaching coaches. As an active member of the agile community Ceedee presents at conferences as well as training and coaching teams at all levels to achieve outstanding results.

Mark Murphy (Murf) is a certified Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master with an in depth knowledge of agile principles. He has 10 years of experience across a variety of clients in both the government and private sector. Murf has strong people empathy and is passionate about establishing team environments that nurture happy and highly productive team members. He is also an excellent connector across an organisation and is relentless in chasing down and removing organisational impediments that impact his teams velocity or constrain the value the team are trying to deliver for his Product Owner.

Alfred Enslin is a Technical Agile Coach that takes teams getting started with an agile framework to improving their technical capability. With 25+ years IT experience across many industries and government, and with more than 10 of those using agile frameworks, Alfred has first-hand experience of why and how agile, Lean and DevOps principles can make a huge difference in the effective delivery of quality products and services. Alfred is an expert in Kanban, Scrum (as a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner) and the adoption of DevOps. Having worked on big product development initiatives, Alfred has experience in how agile can scale and how to structure agile teams to collaborate and deliver.
