This course is normally run as part of our in-house agile adoption approach. If this is of interest to your organisation or you would like us to organise a public course, please get in touch for a chat about dates that suit you.

About the course

This highly interactive 2-day training course introduces participants to the fundamentals of agile and the mindset required for a more agile way of working. We explore the Agile Manifesto and Principles and Modern Agile to gain insight into why we want to use agile thinking.

We work through key elements of two of the most popular agile frameworks – Kanban and Scrum, and learn practical techniques for visioning and stakeholder and product backlog management. Participants gain a common agile language and practical ideas for applying their learning back at work.

The training is targeted at a variety of roles and is designed for participants with little or mixed agile experience, who want to fast-track their understanding of what it means to “be agile”.

At the end of the course, active participants will also be accredited with the internationally recognised ICAgile Professional Certification. This is their gateway to more advanced specialist ICAgile certifications if they wish to undertake more advanced training.

We take a different approach to training and use our own agilePete mind mapping app and iPads instead of powerpoint to provide course information digitally so you can personalise it as you learn.
