Next course

This course is normally run as part of our in-house agile adoption approach. If this is of interest to your organisation or you would like us to organise a public course, please get in touch for a chat about dates that suit you.

About the course

This highly interactive 2-day training course introduces participants to the fundamentals of Scrum. It teaches you how to effectively contribute as a Scrum team member and what to expect of your Scrum Master and Product Owner. The course can be tailored to support the “kick off” of a new project team using their own project specific content. This helps get the whole team aligned in terms of agile language and the initial agile approach the team will use.

The training is targeted at a variety of roles and is designed for participants with little or mixed agile experience, who want to fast-track their understanding of what it means to “be agile”.

This course provides participants with the option to formally test their knowledge by sitting the Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification assessment from

We take a different approach to training and use our own agilePete mind mapping app and iPads instead of powerpoint to provide course information digitally so you can personalise it as you learn.

Key takeaways
